Refund and Returns Policy
At Townes & Murray, we take care to make every product with love and attention. Because our products are handmade and perishable, we have the following policy:
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Each product is handmade with love and crafted from eco-friendly, natural materials. Because of this:
- No two cards are exactly alike; variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are natural and part of the charm.
- Seeds are natural and may not all germinate; growth can be affected by soil, weather, and care.
- Cards are intended for personal use and planting only. They are not edible and should be kept away from pets or very young children.
- Slight imperfections or marks are normal in handmade products and do not affect the quality or intended use of any product.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that these natural variations are part of the handmade experience.
Returns
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our seed cards, we do not accept standard returns
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items at hello@townesandmurray.co.uk. We will happily:
- Replace the damaged item, or
- Offer a full refund
Please provide a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
