We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on location. While we take care in packaging our products, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services. Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our seed cards, we do not offer standard returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve it.
